POLICY

TERMS OF SERVICE AND DISCLAIMER

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Clients with open wounds, infections, or contagious nail/skin conditions in the treatment area

  • Clients whose health conditions could be aggravated by our services

  • Clients who exhibit rudeness, disrespect, or disrupt our staff or other guests

Special Health Considerations:

  • Diabetic Clients: Please let your technician know before your service. To ensure your safety, cutting services are not allowed.

  • Allergy-Sensitive Clients: Please inform your technician prior to your appointment. Certain products or services may be limited for your safety.

CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE

Your safety is our utmost priority. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sterilized and sanitized after each service. We utilize a single-use pedicure jet system, opened fresh for each guest and disposed of afterward.

FACILITY & CHILDREN

Please keep an eye on your children at all times. Our facility is not designed to be childproof.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid solely for services

  • Valid for one year from the date of purchase

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift certificates

PAYMENT

  • We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (with a valid ID). Checks and American Express are not accepted.

PRICES

  • All nail technicians operate as independent contractors. Urban Nails & Spa is not liable for charges incurred for your services.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Additional fees may apply for French tips, nail art, designs, and nail removal

  • Please refer to our service menu for the current prices

  • Salon service pricing was updated on 08/04/2021.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • All sales and services are final; no refunds are given on services or gift certificates

  • Complimentary repairs are available for chipped, scratched, or misshapen nails if reported within 24 hours and scheduled within 5 days

  • We suggest refills every 2–3 weeks. Appointments exceeding 4 weeks may necessitate a new set

  • If you are dissatisfied, please inform us during your service. Once you leave the salon, the service is deemed accepted
